A Fulbright Graduate Research Fellow to Japan where he studied and worked in t he 1980s, Joe Panico has 25 years of experience in Japanese-to-English translation and Japan-related litigation support. He has worked on various types of litigation and legal matters such as international trade cases (including Section 337 cases), product liability lawsuits, and antitrust investigations on behalf of leading private law firms and the US Department of Justice.

Core Mission
To provide meticulous Japanese-to-English translation of a wide range of documents -- e.g., patent applications, legal contracts, and business/financial communications -- and to do so with sensitivity to the legal or business issues at hand (see Translation). To render litigation support services which extend from document review through depositions and ultimately to trial (see Litigation Support), providing that extra measure of understanding of Japanese language and culture that can make the difference between success and failure in Japan-related litigation.
